Located in uptown Whittier close to restaurants, Rodeo 72 Public Market, shopping, close to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, San Gabriel, Monterey Park, Los Angeles and LAX Airport!

***PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*** - NO EVENTS/PARTIES- you will be charged if there are more than 2 people entering the property and the EVENT/PARTY will be broken up by the police. Having additional guest after the limit (2) will lead to removal of all guest without refund (Violation subject to $1000 fee) - NO SMOKING of any kind (Violation subject to $500 fee) - No pets (Violation subject to $500 fee) - Place trash in BLACK lid trash, any trash found in BLUE (RECYCLE) or GREEN (YARD WASTE) is a violation (Violation subject to $100 fee) For guests staying on WEDNESDAY EVENING, kindly take the trash bins out to the street for collection Thursday morning. If you're CHECKING IN/STAYING on THURSDAY, please place the trash bins neatly to the side of the garage. ------------------------------------------------------------------ BEDROOM: Bedroom has a Queen size bed for your comfort. LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: This home has a Smart TV, a couch, Wi-Fi, Towels, Full Kitchen, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maching, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups, and Utensils. We do not provide any paid subscriptions on the TV. If you do sign-in in any subscription, please sign out before you check out. We are not responsible to sign out. PARKING: This home has enough space on the driveway for parking for 2 cars. NOISE: Strict quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. If you need a home to party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. Please advise that the entire property will be accessible during your stay, with 1 exception: an indoor storage closet in the living room next to the washer and dryer. For your safety, there are 2 outdoor security cameras on the property. Outdoor cameras are located at the front corner facing towards the entrance and the other is in the back facing the driveway and rear entrance. Guests agree to keep the property in good condition and are financially responsible for any items missing or broken. By booking this home, you are AGREEING to these house rules, and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay at this home.

We will send you the Home Address Prior to your Arrival. CHECK-IN is at 3pm You can check-in any time after 3pm and as late as you want. Unfortunately, we cannot offer early check-ins as our cleaning crew needs sufficient time to prepare home for our next guests. CHECK-OUT is at 11am. NO EXCEPTIONS. Late fee(s) will be accrued if checkout is not complete by 11am. Late check-outs are NOT AVAILABLE as our cleaning crew needs sufficient time to clean/prepare home for same day guests. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE Before you depart, please follow these simple check-out instructions: --Ensure all doors are securely locked. The front door can be locked by pressing the lock button on the keypad. --Turn off all lights to conserve energy. --Dispose of any remaining trash in the provided trash bins. We will have a check-out procedure for you in our Welcome Folder. =========RULES AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS=========== To ensure your comfort and maintain our property's quality, we have a few essential rules and care instructions: --No Parties or Events: We do not permit parties or events on the premises to create a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. --No Smoking of Any Kind: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. --No Pets: Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets on our property. --Trash Disposal: To support efficient recycling, please place trash in the designated BLACK lid trash bins. Refrain from placing trash in BLUE (RECYCLE) or GREEN (YARD WASTE) bins, as this may result in fines. We've recently upgraded our property with high-quality vinyl flooring. To preserve these improvements, we kindly request your assistance with the following: --Flooring Care: Be mindful of excessive water in the areas with the flooring from either cleaning or after shower use. --Toilet Care: Do not throw toilet paper or any female products in the toilet. We provide trash bins in the restrooms for proper disposal. Toilets can be sensitive, and in the event of plumbing issues, guests will be responsible for any repair charges. We really enjoyed our stay in Whittier! It was the perfect in between location to see all of the big tourist spots (Hollywood, Disney, etc) while we were in town. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the downtown area was in walking distance with great restaurants. Any hiccups we had within our stay (that were out of Priscilla’s control), Priscilla was almost immediately responsive in helping aid the issue.

We had a great stay! Priscilla responded promptly to all our messages, which made everything easy and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood felt calm and safe, which added to the relaxing experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The place was amazing!! The minute I stepped in I felt so at home because of the atmosphere!! Will definitely be staying here again next time I visit LA! The Cherry on top as well is Priscilla’s communication her response is very quick!!
